Meccanotecnica srl was founded in 1991 by Tommaso Collino as a company supplying services for small and medium enterprises and in the beginning its core-business was the technical assistance for the maintenance of machine tools. In few years Meccanotecnica has reconditioned and brought into compliance with laws in force a large number of machine tools (from traditional to highly innovative ones).

Over the years the company has continuously improved its specialization becoming a leader in the retrofitting field.
